How to report copyright infringement on BDSM Porn Hub under the DMCA: what to include in a notice, how we process takedowns and counter-notices.

BDSM Porn Hub respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.

BDSM Porn Hub does not host video files. Videos are embedded from or linked to third-party file hosting services. When we receive a valid notice we remove or disable access to the listed pages on our website and, where possible, report the files to the hosting service.

How to file a DMCA notice

Please submit your notice through the form at the bottom of this page. To be effective, a notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (for example, the title of the video and a link to the original publication).
  3. The exact URL(s) on bdsmpornhub.net where the infringing material is located — one per line.
  4. Your contact information: name or company and an e-mail address where we can reach you.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What happens next

We review every notice and remove or disable access to the reported pages promptly once the notice is complete. Incomplete notices may delay processing — we will reply by e-mail if anything is missing.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice through the same form (subject “DMCA / Copyright”). It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name, contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We remove content and, where applicable, accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
